How to recover seed created with Galleon Mobile?

Hi,

I am trying to recover a wallet of a friend. She created it on Galleon Mobile on iOS which is now completely useless. She has a 24-word seed.

I have tried restoring on Temple and Umami. I’ve tried all suggested Derivation Paths on Umami. Nothing restores the right address.

How can the right address be restored so access to the funds can be gained again?

  1. Please install an older version of Galleon, e.g. 1.4.0b, from Prior Releases & Download Links · Cryptonomic/Deployments Wiki · GitHub. Older versions of Galleon support restoring accounts from seeds.

  2. Use your seed to restore your account and export the private key

  3. Use the private key to restore your account in Umami or Temple or another software of your choice

I am having the a similar issue. Just opened Galleon wallet and noticed there was nothing in there. See that support is stopping. Downloaded 1.4, created new wallet, entered seed phrase, but when I go to look at private key I keep getting “wrong password”.

I logged out and logged back in to make sure I was using correct password but same thing. How do I fix this so I can get my assets back?
