Hi, I can’t send my XTZ from galleon to Kraken. When I use my kraken adress and can’t copy/past, I receive the message “this account doesn’t exist on the blockchain or has 0 balance.” Can you help me to resolve the problem? I have the last version galleon 1.4.1
If you paste a valid address and you receive that message, it may simply indicate that Kraken has never used that deposit address before.
To be cautious, you can just transfer a small amount first, confirm that it shows up ok, and then transfer the rest.
