Unable to withdraw from delegate contract

I’m currently unable to withdraw from my delegate, and getting this error when I attempt to do so:
request to https://tezos-prod.cryptonomic-infra.tech/chains/main/blocks/head/context/contracts/tz1W5KFctUZiARQr7BA6MXPer7ajHa1nmGCJ/counter failed, reason: certificate has expired

Which version of Galleon are you on? Please make sure you are on 1.4.2.

Where is 1.4.2 available? I was able to download 1.4.1b from Galleon: Releases · Cryptonomic/Deployments Wiki · GitHub. While i now see my manager address balance, I no longer see my delegated funds.
